Bob is it just a case where the graph icon isn't appearing?
I know after you add a service check the graphing icon doesn't appear
until the next refresh of the configuration data.

Just a thought.

Subject: [opsview-users] Graphs not publishing

Hello,

I'm evaluating the Opsview 3.0.4 appliance with some custom active ssh
probes. I have three probes working fine with handsome graphs plotted.
But there are two which stubbornly refuse to plot graphs although the
Service Status shows OK. Here's what I get when I execute one of the
errant probes by hand (as nagios user from opsview appliance):

nag...@opsview-demo:/usr/local/nagios/var$ ssh nas1p-sting.oz.agile.tv
-l promptu /usr/local/bin/check-engine 200
check-engine OK | slices=7 user=0 system=57 idle=41 wait=166869c

The service definition is:
check_by_ssh -H $HOSTADDRESS$ -l promptu /usr/local/bin/check-engine 200

I tried deleting the rrd files and watched them get re-created - but it
didn't help. Looking at "rrdtool dump" makes me think the data is there

                <params>

I've been watching it go most of the day hoping that it would decide to
get its act together but alas!.

Any ideas what I can try next?

Thanks

Bob
