I am in the process of conducting a monitoring review and my main
suggestion will be to do exactly this. But according to the Opsera
salesperson I spoke to we'd have to switch to the latest-and-greatest
enterprise edition to receive any support. We just can't do that right
now.


This isn't actually the case. We'll help subscribers on their current release but longer term we encourage people to move to the Enterprise edition.
