Hi Andy, you have to set the outbound address too in your torrc. Address parameter is only for the listen interface: Address 123.123.123.123 OutboundBindAddress 123.123.123.123 For the DirPort problem, please check your firewall. If ORPort is reachable at the same listen address it looks like a firewall rule.
