Our client is looking to hire ASAP. NOTE: LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY *Responsibilities: * Maintain/develop user applications as defined by the IT Manager Assist users in definition/resolution of problems Write Work instructions, document existing and new projects Qualifications: iSeries / AS400 programming skills and knowledge in Microsoft SQL database. Minimum of five years of experience with implementing and supporting systems in iSeries environments with RPG ILE and SQL. Experience with Infor XA (Mapics), Infinium, Mincron Hardwood Goods, or Kronos is desired but not required. Experience with Infor’s PowerLink and Enterprise Integrator is a big plus. Knowledge and experience in a Microsoft SQL environment is a plus Knowledge and experience programming in Java is a plus. Experience supporting users in distribution, human resources or finance areas and systems is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement.
