Title: UI Engineer posted on 2014-10-01 22:28:27 Job Description: *Position : UI Engineer requirements* *Location : Sunnyvale, CA* *Duration : 6+ Months* - Should be able to define and describe *Semantic HTML*. They should know not to use tables for layout, but it’s more important they know why this is frowned upon, and why certain markup patterns (ex. unordered lists for navigation) are common. - Should know what a JavaScript *closure* is, and give an example of how it’s used. - Should know the difference between == / != and === / !== (*type coercion*). - Should be able to describe the *MVC* pattern. - Should know the difference between *function scope and block scope.* - Should be able to explain the concept of *accessibility* as it pertains to UI.
