Face to face interview is required. 6+ months contract. COM skills must be EXCELLENT!!!! Developer needed for multiple projects. One project entails the maintenance and modification of an existing application. Other projects will focus on 2 different applications to add functionality to be used in other geographic areas and BUs. Manager is looking for an experienced developer that has strong problem solving skills. Required: - 6+ years IT programming/developer experience. - 4+ years of experience in developing custom applications: C#, .NET, Visual Basic. - 4+ years Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server. - 4+ years database experience with SQL Server, including SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Server Analysis Services and SQL Reporting Services. - Experience in designing & building reports using Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports for Visual Studio. - Working knowledge of Windows IIS - Willing to work flexible hours as project demands require. - Effective problem solving and risk assessment skills. - Strong team working, collaboration and written communication skills. - Proven track record of tackling unfamiliar issues and working to resolve them. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with manufacturing industry applications a big plus. - Powershell scripting experience also a plus.
