*Responsibilities: *looking for an experienced FileNet Administrator for
the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) unit. ECM is a Federal Reserve
nationally provided service that has responsibility to deliver technology
solutions to meet business needs for managing documents and records (both
electronic and physical). The primary functions of the team are as follows:
• Configure and support a Document & Records Management application using
the IBM FileNet solution include integration with SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
• Configure and support an image capture solution using the IBM DataCap
solution • Support the (FRS) Enterprise Content Management Program to
expand the effectiveness and efficiency of document management, records
management, image capture, and eDiscovery. This position will have
responsibility for the configuration, implementation, customer testing, and
operational documentation for integrating IBM’s FileNet P8 ECM solution
with SharePoint 2013 using IBM’s Content Collector for SharePoint. The
objective is to enable SharePoint to use IBM’s Records Management. This
position is for an experienced Administrator with strong knowledge of how
to administer and integrate IBM’s FileNet P8 ECM Products. The ideal
applicant is self-motivated, willing to take on challenges. And, must be
able to work independently as well as within a team setting. He or she must
also demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills, and be able
to communicate well with customers at a senior management and a senior
architect level. The candidate must possess a focus for quality with
attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
