Qualified candidates will be a hands-on Programmer/Team Leader who needs
little supervision, has excellent communication skills with Key
Stakeholders, can manage a team of 3 programmers/DBA’s, AND develop code.

The chosen candidate will manage an upgrade/migration project consisting of
the following items:

-Migrate approximately 35 small to medium classic ASP/ASP.Net web
application from IIS6 to IIS7

-Migrate and consolidate approximately 60 databases from three SQL database
versions (2000, 2005, and 2008 R2) to the SQL 2012 database.

-Upgrade approximately 100 DTS/SSIS packages



*QUALIFICATIONS*

•             Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical
field

•             Experience upgrading/migrating web applications

•             Experience writing reports in Reporting Services

•             Direct the development of accurate estimates for Application
Team activities as required.

•             Perform detailed reviews of interim and final tasks as
appropriate.

•             Conduct structured walk-throughs or inspections; manage
issues to closure.

•             Develop and manage schedules.

•             Balance workload with Application Teams capacity by managing
the Application Teams activities according to schedule.

•             Manage the accomplishment of delivery metrics to support
contractual obligations in the areas of service delivery and on time
performance commitments and productivity improvement.

•             Ensure work remains within the agreed scope.

•             Coordinate / communicate with AHTD Management to ensure
initiatives are in accordance with agreed customer commitments as planned.

•             Proactively identify and manage issues/risks affecting the
project.

•             Communicate accurate and useful status to management on a
timely basis.

•             Instill commitment to quality, customer service, ownership,
and teamwork.

•             Conduct post project wrap-ups.

•             Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the
Application Teams.

•             Develop and deepen understanding of system business
requirements supported by the Application Team.

•             Conduct structured walk-throughs or inspections; manage
issues to closure.

•             Manage and direct Application Team activities employing
appropriate program management and planning principles.

•             Coordinate work with other Team Leads as appropriate.

*Job Requirements/Skill sets required:*



•             6+ years- Experienced professional in architecting, planning
and coordinating the installation, configuration and testing of all
components of Active Directory.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional with the skill set in
extending automation using Active Directory and Windows technologies such
as WSH, Power Shell.

•             6+ years- expert knowledge of Active Directory components,
including Group Policy, Kerberos, LDAP, and DNS.

•             4-5 years- Experienced professional who knows how to apply
theory and put into practice with in-depth understanding of the
professional field; independently performs the full range
of                             responsibilities within the function;
possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope
and determines solutions.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional in Active Directory and
Windows server administration. Serves as the primary resource for AD and
related technologies. Understands industry trends and    practices, as well
as local policies and procedures.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional who can identify
opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery solutions
wherever possible.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional who has the ability to
exercise independent thought and judgment and adapt to new tasks with
little notice

•             6+ years- Experienced professional technical leader and
mentor who can employ advanced systems and infrastructure concepts to
resolve highly complex issues.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional who has the skillsets to
design, engineer, build, test, and upgrade initiatives for the AD
infrastructure platform, as well as for implementing and
maintaining/supporting a highly scalable and resilient AD platform.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional who has the ability to
work with organizational stakeholders to define the strategic direction for
Active Directory.

•             6+ years- Experienced professional who has the knowledge on
Windows 2003/2008 and Windows 2012 Active Directory

•             6+ years- Experienced professional with performing AD
Disaster recovery along with third party tools such as vRanger

•             4-5 years- Experienced professional conducting Active
directory environment technical assessments

•             6+ years- Experienced professional managing and deployment of
MS security hotfixes

•             6+ years- Experienced professional performing upgrades of
Active Directory environments and applying change management process when
applicable

•             4-5 years- Experience in conducting root cause analysis.

•             6+ years- Experience in managing the system properties,
system policies and services on active directory top level domain
structures and to delegate control/administration on active directory
lower level domain structures.

•             6+ years- Experience professional who can work well under
pressure and work well with others.
