Experience writing User/training documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS or equivalent.
2-4 years experience in technical Writing
Familiarity with IT concepts, SDLC and IT functions
Ability to write clear and concise written documents
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment

This assignment is to develop a detailed Technical documentation for a
database driven application. Technical documentation will be developed
to capture and document - data source, data process, data flow and
usage of data/application. Technical team can help to interpret code /
process if necessary. Currently use Visio and MS SharePoint are used to
capture and record information.
The Technical Writer shall be responsible for the
gathering, organizing, analyzing, and composing information.
Edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user
manuals, and special reports, or any other customer deliverables and
documents.
Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical
terminology.
Create Visio artifacts to show data flow from Source to
destination systems.
Create Visio artifacts to capture the data flow and data
process steps in the application.
Translates technical information into clear, readable
documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.
Create technical diagrams describing system architecture,
operation, data flow and data manipulation.
Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
People Management:
Provide technical support and coaching to team members
Strong command of English Language*
