Location: St.Louis, MO *We are looking someone who can come into our payroll..* Description: Required Skills We are looking for an SAP knowledgeable business analyst that will work with our clients’ SAP developers. The required skills are: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / MIS, Business, or Engineering. • At least 7 or more years of experience along with strong knowledge of PP and QM and should possess ABAP skills to perform debugging activities as required. • Good working knowledge of Production Process & Operations including Planned Orders, Process Orders, Order Conformations, Contracts / Agreements, MRP, BOM’s, Production Resources / Recipes, PI sheets, Goods Issue, Goods Receipt, STO’s and Purchasing Documents. • Good understanding of SAP PP processes with other SAP modules like QM, etc. • Experience in using User Exits, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, LSMW • Experience with ABAP Program debugging is a must. • Experience on Query building using Inner and outer joins. • Good understanding of material and batch classification structure. • Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent skills in cross-team communication and task completion. • Must have the ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge, and relationships and apply technical alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills • Work directly with the business and development teams • Manage to timeline and reach defined milestones • Work with the business to design wire frames / screen mock ups for new screens or significant changes to existing screens • Conflict resolution with development team and the business to resolve issues with requirements, system capabilities, and timeline • Manage changes to scope • Manage issues and system dependencies that are identified throughout project • Create all required documentation; Functional Design Specifications, Screen Designs, etc. • Independent testing to ensure highest quality product is delivered for UAT • Work with the business for UAT and address issues identified • Post go-live support • Transition new functionality to support group ** *Looking forward to work with you…* Thanks & Regards....
