Position-- Release Manager Location-- St. Louis MO *Please reply to my Official id : **[email protected]* REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science Field • Must be comfortable working in tight team environment, focused on results – success measured as a team • Experience working with ITIL/ITSM practices in a large environment • Superior written and oral communication and organizational skills. • Advanced Knowledge of Modern Release Management automation and integration Tools – BMC Remedy Integration Experience preferred • Extensive Experience with BMC Remedy - configuration, management, or implementation • Experience releasing applications in Cloud technologies like AWS or Cloud Foundry • Experience planning and leading repeated engagements integrating release processes and tool improvements improving value of tools and technologies focus on increasing automation and reducing human error • Extensive Experience with Manual and Automated (Hybrid) Release Management ecosystems that are in a constant state of improvement, automation, and expansion • Expertise leading teams comprised of infrastructure, tools, and application stakeholders in proper application of ITSM practices – especially program deployment across application and infrastructure domains improving compliance and regulatory performance, quality management, and reducing business overhead • Successful engagements with IT and Business Leadership driving projects to move from manual change, configuration, and release processes to automated modes of delivery • Proficiency in, and diligent adherence to, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology DESIRED EXPERIENCE • Prefer Master’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology Management • Extensive programming experience in Java, Object Oriented C, REST APIs, PL/SQL or other languages for integration of technologies • Experience as Technical Program Manager for Large Scale Consulting implementations a plus • Hands on experience with modern IT practices influencing Change, Configuration, Release and/or development– Devops, Continuous Delivery, Agile, SCRUM, IOS or Android deployment and development • ITIL Certification • Exposure to Six Sigma and the concept of defect management to continually improve while driving accountability • Applied Information Technology Service Management Deployment Experience in large scale IT organization • Project or Program Management Certification or Experience (secondary to hands-on IT experience) Regards, Rachel Lian - Staffing Manager Desk No :201-855-4204 [email protected] > Princeton - New Jersey 08540 > www.itbrainiac.com > *Please Note:* We have a signed contracts with our Implementors / Vendors > / Clients .
