Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst – Marketing Analytics Location : Dallas, TX Exp : 7 years Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for analytics related to mortgage marketing efforts, it will involve reporting as well as predictive modeling Work with the sales/marketing executives to translate analytics output into actionable marketing strategy Provide inputs to sales/marketing executives on tools/measures of success Works as a team leader & team player by sharing information, seeks ideas and opinions of others by discussing them and resolving conflicts of team members to find solutions. Adjusts quickly to rapidly changing requirements and ability to show demonstrated effectiveness within 2 weeks on the job. Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage origination processes and systems - a Experience in predictive modeling and analytics related to marketing campaigns, and in applying the insights generated from analytics in devising marketing strategies Strong knowledge and experience in using predictive modeling tools like SAS, R and reporting tools like Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred. Exposure to various technologies in Data warehouse, Business Intelligence and Client server applications Education Qualification: Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Engineering or any other related field Engagement Start Date: 15-Sep-2015 Job Title: Business Analyst – Compliance Reporting Location : Dallas, TX Exp : 5 years Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for working with Operations groups and compliance team on business definition, data Translating business concepts into firm, explicit requirements via sessions with Business front-line personnel as well as management. Performs Gap analysis: o What required specific data/fields are available i.e. is already output but are as of now unavailable for consumption by the Compliance Tests and DQ Rules? o What required specific data/fields exist but are not published in any form for consumption by the Compliance Tests and DQ Rules? Works as a team leader & team player by sharing information, seeks ideas and opinions of others by discussing them and resolving conflicts of team members to find solutions.
