Responsible for managing internal customers requests related to operation of set-top boxes such as provisioning services and assisting billing support. *Duties:* Serve as front line for support requests from internal customers. Acknowledging the customer requests, providing status updates and verifying issues have been resolved. Cross-train with the engineers on the LAB support team in order to increase skills and take on additional support roles. A strong desire to learn and share knowledge.
