*Overview*Junior position to assist LAB support team with support requests,
settop box provisioning and billing support requests. Responsible for
managing internal customers requests related to operation of set-top boxes
such as provisioning services and assisting billing support.

*Duties:*
Serve as front line for support requests from internal customers.
Acknowledging the customer requests, providing status updates and verifying
issues have been resolved.
Cross-train with the engineers on the LAB support team in order to increase
skills and take on additional support roles.
A strong desire to learn and share knowledge.
Self-motivated, Self-starter, Team player but also able to show individual
assertiveness What are the four most critical responsibilities for this
position:
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to provide technical support to customers in a positive,
courteous and professional manner Must be able to handle several tasks,
organize, document, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively
under deadlines
