*They are now looking for a Messaging Analyst to join their team.*

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Messaging Analyst with MS Exchange
Admin experience and great customer service skills to take an exciting role
with a leading global insurance company.
Working within our client's Fort Worth office, you'll join a creative and
dynamic work environment that will provide you with exceptional
opportunities for growth.
As a Messaging Analyst, you will be serve as a team resource, completing
assigned projects within the requested SLAs.
Having great customer service skills, you will also support Servers and
Clients with Outlook.
Your other duties will include:

Performing daily resolution of Level 2 and Level 3 end-user incident and
request for service tickets accurately and within the stated SLA.
Completing changes to the Global Messaging infrastructure, utilizing the
change management system accurately and within the change management
guidelines.
Providing daily communication with the Global Messaging Operations
management team and the end-user community.
Participating in Global Messaging related projects as requested.
Escalating potential project issues prior to project impact.
Working independently or in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with
diverse individuals.
Using exemplary time-management skills; work within strict time-frames to
meet or improve deadlines.
Seeking and resolving issues when dealing with assigned projects.
Maintaining flexible working style; change directions, as business needs
change.
Processing restricted data with sensitivity to ensure that confidential
data remains private.
To be considered for this role, you must have:

A related Associate’s degree or 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years
of Global Messaging support.
Knowledge of core messaging technologies, including Exchange, Lync and
BlackBerry.
As a Messaging Analyst, you should be able to communicate effectively, both
verbally and written, with colleagues throughout the corporation. You are
also required to listen to customers’ concerns to exceed their
expectations. You must also be able to multitask and prioritize to meet
required skills; exercise prudent time management.
