Job Title: Biztalk Admin/Operations Support Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 1 Year Responsibilities: This position will perform BizTalk Administrator functions as well as operations support functions. The position will be responsible for deployment and administration of BizTalk. This position will build, configure, maintain, monitor and report on the BizTalk platform, each within a multi-tiered environment. The position will proactively work to meet the needs of IT projects that utilize the SOA Center. In addition, the position will support data center operations, server operations, advanced level support, web server administration, system monitoring, incident response, 24x7x365 on-call support, etc. This position also involves supporting core platforms such as Tier 1 business applications.The individual in this position will: Plan/Design: Work with IT project teams and SOA Center staff analyzing business requirements and determining where they intersect with the BizTalk platform. At those intersections, the administrator will develop technical requirements as applicable to the SOA BizTalk environment. The incumbent will ensure all existing standards are properly followed and create new standards as necessary to ensure a good customer experience. Additionally the individual will plan for & design upgrade paths for BizTalk Collection to ensure system availability. The administrator will document existing & future changes to the SOA Center Environment. Implement: Based on input from technical requirements from IT projects, IT Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and IT Security, this individual will build and maintain the SOA BizTalk platform to current & future IT & Security standards. Maintain: The Administrator will conduct regular systems tests; monitor test results, performance and other feedback; and take required corrective action for all test and production SOA Center environments to ensure a good customer experience. Manage OS & Product patching to ensure environment is current & stable. Support: Work with company Helpdesk, SOA Center and Development staff to provide 3rd tier support when issues cannot be resolved at a lower level. Work with company Operations & EPS group to triage & maintain the SOA BizTalk environment when issues occur. This support include both during working hours and off-hour support. Mandatory Requirements: 7 years of Experience designing and implementing Biz Talk in a multi-platform environment. 7 years of Experience administering Biz Talk including deployment, performance tuning, integration with other platforms, and disaster recovery. 5 years of Knowledge of Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2 administration 3 years of Proficient with scripting (PowerShell is preferred). 5 years of Experience with Active Directory Administration. 5 years of Experience with Change Management.
