Skills Required: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience * 5+ years of development experience using Silverlight, ASP.NET (C#), XML, and SQL Server. * Experience Designing, Developing and deploying applications on Silverlight,C# and Dotnet. * Experienced in developing and implementation of distributed applications in an n-tier Environment and implementation of Web Services * Experience in Design and developing Client/Server and Web application using SOA and Three Tier Architecture * Extensive knowledge debugging Silverlight applications * Experience working in code management tool like TFS * Extensive knowledge working with XML * Lead design sessions. Provide technical leadership to development teams * Mentor team members and perform code reviews on a regular basis * Takes initiative to solving problems and defining multi-phase solutions * Ability to work with a high degree of independence * Proven record of leading team members working on projects (experience with offshore team is an advantage) * Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, OO principles and design patterns. * Extensive knowledge design patterns in silverlight * Nice to have Biztalk server experience.
