SAP BASIS Lead ====================== Minimum five (5) years of experience in field of SAP BASIS administration Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience or two go-live implementations involving administration of SAP Netweaver Java Stack(J2EE). Should have handled a team of atleast 4-5 people preferably in an onsite offshore model Strong hands-on implementation and support experience working with SAP ECC 5.0/6.0, SAP Netweaver BI & Portals 7.0, and Solution Manager 7.0 technology in Unix/Oracle environment. SAP BI Netweaver (BASIS) administration and technical core tasks in Unix environment including SAP software installation, upgrade, applying Support Packages, patches, and fixes, installation of add-on software components, workload analysis, etc. Experience providing SAP BI Netweaver (BASIS) support for the development, functional teams and end users on day-to-day issues. Operational support including performing transports, establishing standard Basis background jobs, system health checks & monitoring, good troubleshooting & error analysis skills, job monitoring. Good understanding of the application level security and security procedures for SAP BI, Portals and ERP. Ability to operate in a team environment as well as be self directed.
