Job Title: BA with Case Management Experience Experience Level: 7 - 10 Yrs Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (looking at people willing to relocate across US) Start Date: Immediate No. Of Positions: 1 Job Description . Strong PV Case Processing and Case Management experience, preferably 7-10 years in a Big Pharma with 2+ years in a leadership/management capacity . Should know the entire AE Case Processing lifecycle including Case Intake, Data Entry, Follow-ups, Triage, Case Narratives, Causality Assessment, Labeling, Medical Review, QC/QA, Regulatory submissions etc. . Knowledge of one of the major AE COTS systems, preferably ArisG or Argus, extremely useful . Experience in leading/managing a Case Processing team to meet strict SLAs is critical, using a Project Management approach . Experience in interacting with Senior PV/Drug Safety Management including Issues Escalation/Resolution and Risk Mitigation . Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills . Lead a team of offshore Data Entry resources and Safety specialists for a Case Processing BPO Engagement . Co-ordinate the daily Case Processing tasks of the team meeting or exceeding defined daily processing volumes and strict Client-defined Quality (Errors) metrics/SLAs . Provide Program Management/Project Management for the engagement including resource oversight/management, interfacing with Client stakeholders and management, issues escalation and resolution, identify and manage risks proactively, monitor and communicate status etc. . Provide guidance to team members in their tasks such as Data Entry, Case Narrative generation, etc. including AE tool related questions . Co-ordinate Training and Knowledge Transfer. . Organize and co-ordinate regularly scheduled status meetings.
