Rate is up to 50-53 for good candidates I need a test lead in Des Moines, Iowa. MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Read below for further details. Full name, phone, and email address required on all resumes. AGAIN, MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, LEAD AND EXPERIENCE TESTING WINDOWS CLIENT SERVER APPLICATIONS. DUE TO THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO MAY BE AVAILABLE, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TALK TO EVERYONE. I WILL GO THROUGH THE RESUMES AND PICK THE BEST PEOPLE TO TALK TO. COMMUNICATION IS VERY, VERY IMPORTANT. ONLY SEND THE BEST CANDIDATES. All interviews will be over the phone. Start date is November 10th. If necessary could do a start date of November 17th. 2) Someone who can also do lots of hands-on work - not just a "Manager/Team Lead" type of person. I envision someone who knows what to do (with limited direction) and willing do dig in and do some work. 3) Over 6 years of testing experience. 4) Experience with commercial software releases and windows client-server architecture. 5) Other than that, we look for the basic QA Lead - very skilled with Quality Center, has written several test strategies/plans, understands test prioritization, great communicator, and has recently executed manual tests in Quality Center.
