This includes updating the applications as required (new connectors, new workflows, new mitigating controls). Troubleshooting is required as well (ie review of JAVA Logs) *6. *Support Netweaver IdM 7.0 This includes monitoring job logs, adding/removing SAP systems as required. *7. *The security administrator will participate in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT Security compliance initiatives. *8. *Review and approve IT changes that may impact SOX compliance. Help coordinate IT audit activities, track remediation efforts and work closely with both internal and external audit resources. *9. *The individual will share on-call responsibilities. *10. *Assist Change Management and Instructional Management with operational and technical documentation. *7*. Performs other related duties as assigned. * SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:* None * WORK ENVIRONMENT* Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues. * QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:* The incumbent must*:* Possess a Bachelor degree with 3+ years IT related professional work experience or equivalent experience as a SAP Security administrator. Have 4+ years experience in SAPECC or R/3 application security controls design and implementation. Support project teams throughout Roadmap phases Experience troubleshooting access related issues Familiarity with SSO definition procedures/protocols Experience with IdM concepts (SAP Netweaver Identity Management 7.0 - huge plus) Experience with compliance solutions and compliance products such as, SAP GRC Access Controls Experience implementing/supporting products such as SAP GRC Access Control Suite Experience with SAP authorization analysis tools (SU53, RSECADMIN, ST01, etc) Experience with Visual Basic and SQL programming languages huge plus Experience administrating SAP Systems in a Windows based environment Experience with SAP's Transport Management System (TMS) Experience with security design and configuration with the following: Business Intelligence (BI) / Business Warehouse (BW), Enterprise Portal (EP), and Process Integration (PI) / Exchange Infrastructure (XI); mySAP applications including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Transportation Management (TMS) – huge plus! Knowledge and understanding SAP administration and maintenance. Prior systems audit, assurance, and/or ERP implementation experience Previous SAP security implementation / upgrade projects. Knowledge of the Microsoft operating systems and related support tasks. Understanding of SAP administration and maintenance and of the technology architecture surrounding SAP (network, database, operating systems, ETC.) Understanding of SAP client architecture ( instance, client, transports, authentication, exchange infrastructure, solution manager, ETC) Experience in writing technical documentation. 3+ years experience in configuration and administration of SAP security.
