Need Local to NY & NJ area Only In-Person is Required Java Developer 6+ Months NJ Web based Messenger: A JavaScript/web application developer with strong Ajax skills. Knowledge of Dojo a plus. Knowledge/understanding of instant messaging a plus. Work in a small, fast paced team on a high profile project, with an ambitious release schedule. There will be GUI work using Dojo (diji widgets) but mainly it is infrastructure (not GUI) JavaScript coding. The client also uses a publish/subscribe eventing mechanism to broadcast application level actions. Also good to have (but probably difficult to find) Microsoft CWA (messaging web access) Ajax SDK experience. This will be a six month plus assignment and the rate range is 55 to 65 dollars per hour. You should probably only consider candidates within a 200 mile radius of NYC since they will have to come in for an in-person interview (after an initial qualifying phone interview) before a final decision is made. I assume you don't want to incur the cost of plane travel for an interview.
