Need Locals to Dallas, TX In-Person is Required Business Analyst with 5+ years of telecom experience Dallas, TX 12 Months Applicant must have proven experience in Business analysis and Requirements management related to Enterprise applications with specific experience related to Telecom OSS (Operation Support Systems). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as have experience dealing with Enterprise level development projects across multiple lines of business (LOB). Specific emphasis will be focused on Quote-to-cash cycles and associated OSS Integration capabilities. In addition to extensive Business analysis skills, applicant must also possess business process management experience. Excellent communication and interfacing with business partners skills are a must. Qualifications and Competencies: . 8+ Years in a Business Requirements/Analyst role or similar experience with the above responsibilities . 5+ Years in a Telecom environment with a deep understanding of Telecom's OSS quote-to-cash cycle . Solid experience with Architecture and requirement management tools and concepts. Experience with Telelogic's System Architect & DOORS a plus . Direct experience with software development life cycle and processes in a team environment with emphasis on requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice . Languages/Methodologies: Use Case creation, workflow design using BPMN, SDLC . Strong written and verbal communication skills (emphasis on documentation) . Basic understanding of web services, SOAs . Some travel may be required . An undergraduate degree (BA/BS Computer Science). Equivalent experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
