*Job Description: *Business Objects Lead *Job Requirements: *1. 3+ years of working knowledge of Business Objects using 6.5 & XI - XI Most Important - if they have experience with R3 a huge plus 2. Hands on experience with Universe Design and Development 3. Minimum 3 years of BO full client report development or webi report development 4. Working knowledge of BO supervisor 5. Understanding of Data Warehousing and Star Schema concepts 6. Solid Oracle SQL development (3ish years)and performance tuning experience (performance tuning a nice to have) 7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills 8. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 9. Self starter and able to take direction and work independently 10. Off-shore management experience a plus 11.
