This includes the following key areas: o Developing functional requirements that include problem definition, situation analysis and process mapping o Identifying solution alternatives and recommendations o Facilitating test management plans · Assist with all aspects of information needs for business lines including working with the Citizens HRBI team to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. · Work with the project management team to establish and monitor project tasks and milestones. · Liaise with the quality assurance team to assist with the planning and execution of the testing phase · Assist with facilitating communications and training needs in the use of HR processes and systems. *Minimum Qualifications*: · Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree a plus. · Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft version 9.0 required with strong functional background in the Core HR and Self-service modules.
