Rate: All inclusive- MONTHLY
· Requirements gathering and design in the Oracle CRM application
suite.
· Implement and configure the Oracle CRM application suite
· Identify user requirements and translate into effective designs,
specifications and solution.
Work with project teams to provide knowledge and support
applications integration and delivery.
· Business analysis, including requirements definition, and
functional specification.
· Develop functional design documents.
· Develop design and field level mappings for technical interfaces
and data conversions, working with technical team
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience in implementing the Oracle CRM applications
Hands-on configuration experience and extremely proficient in Oracle EBS 11i
Customer Service (OCS), Customer Care, Customers Online (OCO), Trading
Community Architecture (TCA), Customer Support (CSS)
Knowledge of CRM interfaces and API's
Experienced in mapping data for conversions and interfaces to CRM
applications
Experience with Order Management, Quoting, or iStore a plus
Experience with Oracle Identity Management application a plus
Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts and terminology
(2) *CRM Technical Consultant: 5-10 roles*
Location: Canton, OH
Length: 18-24 MONTHS
Start: 3 weeks
Interview: phone
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle
CRM Applications, should be able to develop new extensions and support
existing extensions and applications.
Should be a good team player, will be able to work with offshore team.
Candidate should have a good understanding of Oracle CRM applications
functionality, Integration within CRM modules and with other modules.
Very good knowledge of AOL objects.
Candidate should know Oracle Field Service, Oracle Tele Service, Oracle
Service Contracts, Oracle Spares Management, and Oracle Installed Base
modules.
Technical Skills: Very Strong in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 6i; Oracle
Reports 6i, XML/BI Publisher, JAVA, JSP and OA Framework
Good to have knowledge in Oracle Inbound Telephony, Oracle Mobile Field
Service, GPS integration with Oracle Service.
Candidate should have experience with and/or understanding of the follow:
