Job Title : .NET Application Developer Location : Ohio Duration : 7+ month Contract ****Must also have Oracle 10g skills and certification preferred**** Responsibilities: § Develops in Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5. § Writes data access code that interfaces to a Oracle database § Creates Tables, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views, and Triggers for Oracle database. § Design and interpret System Requirements, UML Class diagrams, Use Cases, and Sequence diagrams § Participates and/or lead code review sessions § Contributes to overall system design and test plan documents. § Documents software through detailed source code comments § Be able to work independently with minimum supervision § Adhere to and promote project development standards § Work collaboratively with the internal technical support and network staff throughout the life of the project. § Provides formal or informal white board training/mentoring sessions with internal ODH technical support staff to facilitate knowledge transfer to attain long-term goals. § Provides weekly progress/status reports or at the frequency designated by the Project Manager. Skills Set - Required: § Minimum of 48 months of experience as a .NET application developer on a minimum of two successful projects, Microsoft.NET framework and SQL Server. § Minimum of 48 months experience with C# and/or Visual Basic.NET experience § Minimum of 36 months development experience with Oracle; minimum of 24 months experience with Oracle 10g or higher. § Minimum of 24 months of experience developing .NET Windows Application or Windows Services. § Minimum of 24 months of ASP.NET, HTML, XML, JavaScript, ADO.NET, experience; minimum of 24 months experience utilizing .NET 2.0 (or higher) and AJAX. § Minimum of 24 months of experience with Visual Studio 2005 (or higher) Team System. Skills Set - Preferred: § Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) for Microsoft.NET and/or Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD). § Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005. § Experience as an application developer on a minimum of two successful implementations with health-related software.
