*Job Title : Sr. Project Controls Specialist – SAP PS Location : West Palm Beach, FL Duratioin : 12+ month Contract* Job Description: B. Objective Obtain two experienced Sr. Project Controls Specialists with extensive hands-on SAP Project System (PS) knowledge. The successful candidates must demonstrate expertise in entering, maintaining, and supporting projects utilizing the PS module of SAP. In addition, the successful candidate must have experience in a supporting role as a Project Controls Specialist and be willing and able to train Project Managers on the use of SAP Project System. C. Scope of work The two Sr. Project Controls Specialists will report directly to the Manager of the Business Service Area and be a support resource to the staff of the Business Area and the Project Managers throughout the differed Departments. The two contractual positions will be responsible for ensuring all projects are entered into SAP PS correctly and updated daily. D. Work Breakdown Structure The Contractor shall: · Run SAP PS reports on a regular basis · Create SAP PS queries as requested · Provide SAP PS support both over the phone and in person to our Project Managers · Liaise with District SAP PS Subject Matter Experts, Resource Area Finance Managers, SAP PS Consultants, and others as needed to ensure that Everglades Restoration & Capital Project is kept abreast of SAP PS direction and changes. E. Performance The Contractor’s performance will be evaluated every 3-6 months, as necessary.
