Business Analyst ( Contact to Hire ) Richmond, VA Rate :$35/hr Requirement : Create Functional Design documentation including, but not limited to: High-level business and system requirements documents Interface Design Documents (Batch and XML) User Interface Design Documents (Web, Oracle Forms, IVRU) Serve as liaison between Client/Sales/Account Management and IT Serve as functional design and program subject matter expert during technical design, build and QA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience. Relationship Management— Act as a single point of contact for clients on all technical-related matters. Works directly with clients to understand technical requirements on a day-to-day basis. Proven delivery of medium to large scale projects with varying degrees of complexity. Highly developed skills for discerning wants from needs, and core functionality.
