*REQUIREMENT:*
· Must have in-depth experience in Insurance Operations.
· In-depth Insurance Industry background:
· Very strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines –
Underwriting/ Premium/Policy side.
· Very experienced on the “business� side in the role of a
“liaison� between end-users and IT. Needs to understand the business
and operations side of P&C Insurance.
· Workers Compensation NOT a must unless a complement of
Professional Liability, Property & Excess Lines of Business.
· Within a shared services environment: reporting to Shared Resource
Manager (SRM).
· Involved in consulting assignments for internal and external
clients.
· In-depth experience interviewing end users & developing user
requirements.
· Experienced in making presentations to senior management.
· Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
· Technical enough to be able to dig into code.
· US Citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders)
preferred, H-1’s acceptable.
