Must have strong familiarity with business assessment methods such as benchmarking, maturity modeling and analysis, and activity-based costing. Candidates should have strong communications skills and solid project management background. Project management certification is desirable. Industry knowledge in marketing and advertisement is a plus. The Project Manager will be responsible for the following: • Conduct day-to-day project management responsibilities. • Define and schedule detailed project activities. • Manage project resources and administer staffing process for the project. • Monitor status and provide periodic reports to key project sponsors. • Coordinate with Client’s Marketing counterpart to ensure that the team has the resources needed to execute work effectively. • Manage engagement risks and issues. • Define scope management plan and administer project change control. • Define and execute communication plan. • Deliver final outputs of project to the client. • Administer project close processes. • Manage client and their expectations.
