Location: Florida 3 weeks Contract Rates are Open all inclusive QA Business Analyst The QA Analyst is well versed in current state assessment of testing operations and IT processes. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT operations reengineering and process analysis. Specialist knowledge of testing processes, frameworks and best practices is required. The QA Analyst should have an understanding of how to setup testing programs and institute QA strategies. The QA Analyst should have experience in a quality discipline (Six Sigma, TQM) and IT operations (ITIL), and should be comfortable leading discussions and interviews. Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus. The QA Analyst should be adept in tailoring process reference models for use in maturity evaluation of client operations and benchmarking. He/she should be comfortable mapping processes and should be skillful in root cause analysis. The QA Analyst will be responsible for the following: • Perform discovery work (document gathering, interviews) • Perform high-level process mapping. • Perform benchmarking and scorecard analysis. • Build analytical models for assessment and perform SWOT analysis. • Contribute to the development of final deliverables.
