Location: Florida 3 weeks Contract Rates are Open all inclusive CRM Business Analyst The CRM Analyst is well versed in current state assessment of businesses with a background in CRM functional and process domains. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in the CRM domain. The CRM Analyst should have experience with claims processing and call center operations, and should be comfortable leading discussions and interviews. Knowledge of install base management and repair depot operations is a plus. The CRM Analyst should be adept in tailoring process reference models for use in maturity evaluation of client operations and benchmarking. He/she should be comfortable mapping processes and should be skillful in root cause analysis. The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the following: • Perform discovery work (document gathering, interviews) • Perform high-level process mapping. • Perform benchmarking and scorecard analysis. • Build analytical models for assessment and perform SWOT analysis. • Contribute to the development of final deliverables.
