Title : Business System Analyst Location : Boston, MA Duration : 6 Months Require Skills : • 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst that has performed the above tasks. • Apply problem solving and technical research skills to resolve design gaps. • Experience with defining requirements for large customer self-service applications on the web. • Experience with GUI web screen design optimized for self service customer functions. • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Tools (VISIO, PowerPoint, MS Word, Access, Excel) • Familiarity with business workflow applications and apply concepts to systems design. • Experience with Business Analysis documentation techniques for workflow, data design, and GUI screen design. • Experience with designing and implementing end user reporting using common industry reporting tools such as Crystal. • Familiarity with SQL and data mining in a SQL relational database. • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience developing and assisting users in test plans. • Ability to conceptualize new technical solutions and processes to better achieve business requirements.
