*12 month(s) Contract* *NC, Charlotte* *Job Description* Provide PeopleSoft HCM, Time and Labor, Contract Mgmt application support to users at client. - Perform with team or individually the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of new financial functions. - Install software enhancements (new package release) and/or modify existing applications per changing user needs. - Work with users to satisfy any issues, concerns and/or questions regarding the PeopleSoft financial application. *Tasks and Responsibilities:* Ten+ years PeopleSoft experience - Time & Labor implementation - Contract Management implementation - Must have PeopleSoft implementation experience. - PeopleTools - SQR - Integration Broker - Oracle PL/SQL - Flexible individual that adapts quickly and well to change. - Bachelors degree in computer science, business, mathematics or equivalent experience; continuing education is required in related fields. - Strong verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people. - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities. - Self-motivated, high commitment/ energy level and results oriented. - Proven persistence in problem solving. *Required education/experience:* Bachelors / Masters Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. 11 plus years of IT work experience in systems programming / analysis. Typically experienced across multiple Information Technology areas and all system / applications software development. Serves as point of escalation for complex issues.
