Systel, Inc looking for Data Modeller for direct client located at Windsor, CT for a Long term Contract position.please review the requirement below Title:Rate: Data Modeller Location: Windsor, CT Duration: Long term MUST HAVE 3-5 years experience focus in Relational Data Modeling . 5+ years of SQL with DB2 UDB Experience in Sybase Database (Sybase database is migrated to DB2 UDB) Must possess experience with ERwin Data Modeling Suite Master of Data Management tools, concepts and practices is necessary. Candidates must be self-motivated and results-oriented with strong data modeling skills. Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills are required. Previous experience with Financial industry especially in Funds Trading is plus. Desired Skills: · Oracle experience would be desirable. · PL-SQL coding experience Job Roles / Responsibilities: Analysis of associated business requirements and creation of a corresponding normalized relational data model. Referencing current Sybase schema to design new relational UDB schema. Development of logical and physical data models (working with the DBA). Collaboration with data subject matter experts. Works with business partners, business system analysts, and developers to ensure that selected solutions satisfy the requirements.
