Job Title : Business Analyst Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8-10 Years of experience as Business Analyst with content authoring experience. Necessary Skills : * Very good in oral/written communication and should be involved in client meetings and writing papers, newsletters, business definitions etc. The candidate needs to give some sample writings in interview. * Wikipedia-like Content Authoring Expertise * Facilitate and assist the CRM project teams with the execution of Data Dictionary Hub capture of data elements including definition, creation and maintenance processes, business process consumption, stewardship, customodianship, staeholdership, data quality assessment, prioritization, and involvement in data flows. * Facilitate and assist CRM organizations with collection and review of information management and integration requirements and develop data design specifications and regularly report progress against all information integration deliverables to IMCC management. * Develop data dictionary Policies and Procedures and manage communications, training, and deployment. Desired Skills Should be able to deliver: * Data Element Inventory Listing (definition, creation and maintenance processes, business process consumption, stewardship, custodian ship, stakeholder ship, data quality assessment, prioritization, and involvement in data flows.) * Data Dictionary Hub application Policies and Procedures Document Roles & Responsibilities : * Business Analyst * Meetings with CRMs and capturing data definitions. * Content Authoring * Developing the templates and workflows. * Documentation Generic Managerial Skills : * Able to plan/track tasks/activities * Report progress/challenges to Project Manager Education : Graduate Work Location : Burbank, CA Please reply with following details ASAP.
