They will ideally be performing the following tasks: - Front-End (WPF Implementation/View) - Middle (code-behind/ViewModel) - Office (VSTO) Design &Development - Application Optimizations *Required Skills:* - 5+ years development experience on the *Microsoft .NET Platform, minimum 1 year of experience with WPF, WCF, ADO.NET Entity Framework.* - Assist with the development of a *Cash Flow application* and assisting with the modifications and enhancements of current applications. - Currently have applications that track Analyst Voting (.NET 3.5), Research Management (.NET 3.5), and Data Reconciliation (.NET 2.0). - Overall development using the Microsoft .NET Platform .NET 3.5 SP1 and above. o Highly efficient, optimized, GUI design and development using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). As much separation of GUI design and C# as possible. We are using ADO.NET Entity Framework for our standard data access, so proven data-binding approaches are a must, against both standard Microsoft WPF controls as well as *Infragistics 3rd party controls*. We are looking for cutting edge user interface design and visualization – not just people “productive” with WPF o Experience Accessing Business Logic using WCF based web services with a variety of protocols and bindings - Data Access (CRUD) experience using ADO.NET Entity Framework - Demonstrated ability to verify performance of the front-end against our standard client hardware.
