This could be a FAQ-type question, however, I have
been unable to find much of relevance ...
I have been asked by a manager about any known
issues and opinions of Oracle Designer.
How much widespread is the usage of Oracle Designer
product? Are there any known issues? Any strong
opinions on the usage or not?
