Well, there are 100% Oracle shops and only Oracle DB
shops. I've used Oracle Designer in 100% Oracle shops
and other sesign tool in Oracle DB only shops.
My main negative point with Designer it that it's
never up to the database level, the latest database
functionnality are never included in the latest
Designer version.
