Dear List, I'm getting ORA-01403 error while starting the Oracle Database. I'm able to
connect thru server manager. The status from V$database says the database is open for
read/write, but from SQL*plus or anyother client I cannot connect, the error message
is Oracle shutdown or initialiazation in progress.
Pl help..
