Patrice,
I don't know which version of the manuals you're
looking at, but there was a doc bug where the values
for the parameter were listed as OFF, CALL & LOGOFF.
The correct way to use it is to set it to an integer
value representing the number of seconds the OS stats
will be refreshed.
Also, timed_statistics must be set to true in order
for it to work.
