TOAD can do that. Browse the table, right-click the data grid, and choose
SaveAs. You can also export fixed length, Excel, etc.
The free version can be downloaded at www.toadsoft.com
The free version will be receiving a major upgrade soon. Many new features
and enhancements from the commercial version will be available, including
the DBA functionality.
