I have a P4 - which I actually had the below problem with on both 8.1.7, and 9i. The below problem fixed the install problems with 8.1.7, but 9i STILL won't install on my machine (Win2K O.S.). It keeps complaining that it cant find jrew.exe, and that I need to install JRE 1.2.1(?) or greater.. I have the JRE 1.3.1 installed!
