Hi all, I was looking at the recently released RDA (Remote Diagnostic Agent) from Oracle Support. Basically, this consists of a couple of scripts (one little script that sets up and one *large* script that actually does the stuff) that probes a lot of details (both OS and database) and writes this out as both Text and Html files. These can then be uploaded to Oracle Support for analysis in support of an iTAR.

Originally, this seems to have come out of that very excellent group - the Centre Of Excellence... It is even intelligent enough to recognize APPS Databases, although it does seem to lack features to skip Web based probes during setup. Now to the Questions: Anyone been asked to run this yet? Any comments from the Gurus? Will Oracle Support listen to us if we request enhancements?
