Still, I use Microsoft Word, spell checker enabled... the text went through no less than three different editors, and two proofreaders.... what can I say??? :-) Each example is tested, and retested... I'm not quite sure how errors creep up there (like the misspelling of DEFAULT in one place)... If you will send me a list of corrections I'll be glad to incorporate them into an errata I'm crafting and into the next printing...!!
