Seema - The SQL*Net more data to client means Oracle is waiting for the client to send something back so Oracle can do something more. I looked single-task message up on google and received:
single-task message When running single task, this event indicates that the session waits for the client side of the executable. Wait Time: Total elapsed time that this session spent in the user application. Parameters: none So, these might be a problem, or not, depending on other factors in your system. For example, we have one program that runs in under a second on the local network, but takes more than a minute over the wide-area network. That would be an example where client waits are a problem with the application architecture. Do you have a problem, or are you just doing some standard analysis? Dennis Williams DBA Lifetouch, Inc.
