Ravi - I'm assuming you want the ORA-600 Argument Lookup feature. It appears
to be associated with Note:153788.1. I can click on the link and get the
screen to appear, but it doesn't update the address part of the browser, so
I don't know how to give you specific directions. If you search for ORA-600,
you can select Note 146580.1, and it has a link to the Argument Lookup (Note
153788.1). 
        If none of this works, file a TAR with ORA-600 in it. Before
Metalink accepts your TAR, it will force you to the page you want.
