I'm not sure what effect it has if you are running in archivelog mode - are your archived redo logs available for a restore?  My guess is not - that your SCN restarts at "1" again. 

 

Sooo, whenever you do this, be sure and perform a full backup!

Well, I have recieved a server and found some datafiles
are reside in System tablespace - in this case to move
those datafile we can not put system tablespace offline
therefore can not use alter command...

using alter database rename file you can just take the tablespace that
owns that datafile offline and do the work. All users who don't need
that particular tablespace are not affected.
