I'm not sure either as I am rereading a document by
Craig Shallamaher where he is saying to change pctused
and pctfree in order to reduce data block
fragmentation. I have to test that.

At my new job, the DBAs are doing massive
export/import to reduce fragmentation... (with their
dictionnary managed tablespace)
